- The subject you select and the content of your message
Purpose and legal basis
We process this data solely to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to carry out the pre-contractual steps of credit intermediation that you ask us to.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form, and the performance of pre-contractual steps at your request, under Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR.
We do not use your data for marketing without separate, specific consent, and we do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
Retention
We keep contact form data for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and, if it leads to a credit application, for the statutory periods that apply to credit intermediation.
Enquiries that do not lead to any contractual relationship are deleted within 12 months at the latest.
Who has access
Only the staff handling your enquiry have access to the data.
If you proceed with a credit application, the data required will be passed to the lending institution you choose, with your knowledge.
The website and email are hosted on servers located in Portugal. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
